Bristol: July 5, 2021 Tom Korn followed in the footsteps of his brother Sam Korn against Sri Lanka, but England missed out on a clean sweep in the third and final ODI due to rain.

After winning the T20 series 3-0, England wanted to win the ODI series in the same way and sent the entire Sri Lankan team to the pavilion in just 41.1 overs in which Tom Korn took 4 wickets for 35 runs in 10 overs.

Earlier, Sam Korn had taken 5 wickets for 48 runs in the match played at the Oval on Thursday and England had won the match by 8 wickets.

However, after Sri Lanka’s innings, England’s reply game started and heavy rain started.

It was Tom Korn’s first victory since England took part in six matches. Earlier, he bowled 34 overs in T20 but did not take a wicket.
