ISLAMABAD:(APS), February 05, 2016: Islamabad Police have arrested 19 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered hashish, wine, weapons and stolen property from their possession, a police spokesman said.
According to details, Secretariat police arrested 03 accused Sunder Sohaib, Muzamil and Saqib Ali and recovered 610 gram hashish, one wine bottle and one 30 bore illicit pistol along with ammunition from their possession.
Karachi Company police apprehended Hameed Khan, Malik Raiz and Nasir Iqbal involved in theft cases and recovered stolen property from their possession. Police team also recovered one 9mm pistol along with ammunition from the possession of arrested accuse Asmat-Ullah. Khana police arrested two accused Tasdiq Zia and Khan Muhammad and recovered 310 gram hashish and one 22 bore illicit pistol along with ammunition from their possession. Sihala police arrested 03 accused Tariq, Nasir Mehmood and Muhammad Javid and recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol along with ammunition and one wine bottle from their possession. Lohibher police recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol along with ammunition from the possession of arrested accuse Maqbool Hussain. Koral police apprehended three accuse Nazakat Ali, Rashid and Ejaz. Golra police arrested accuse Muhammad Waseem involved in theft case. CIA police arrested two accused Imran Khan and Taj Muhammad and recovered two 30 bore illicit pistols along with ammunition from their possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway. SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to ensure effective policing measures in the city and curb activities of anti-social elements.
