Workshop on Smartphone Journalism under US Embassy at NPC


ISLAMABAD: (APS)April 23,2017-  Shakeel Anjum, President of the National Press Club Islamabad has said that professional capacity building training programs are important for  journalists.

He also thanks to US Embassy to provide training for journalists and   trainer Craig Duff bring National Press Club like institutions working with the New York Times and CNN.

 Smartphone-based journalism is spreading fast in Worldwide.

Mobile phone news has to publish, making, recording and become the main source of issuing for working journalists in media.

Use of  Mobile Journalism is growing in US media like other world.

A training workshop was held on the topic of smart journalism organised by US Embassy in collaboration with National Press Club Islamabad on Sunday.

On this occasion, Craig Duff from North West University Chicago said that  during the lecture that this time smart phone  have become an important source for news file.

Its use has been very high in print and online media as well as electronic journalism.

He said that your smart phone can also create audio using better in addition to video footage.

They told about their “apps” in this regard that journalists can use to make the footage downloaded to your phone and put in sound effects.
