ISLAMABAD:(APS)Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) and Minister of State for Cabinet Division, Barrister Zafarullah Khan today (Wednesday) addressed the concluding ceremony of the five-day (June 13-17) Summer Camp held by Nazria Pakistan Council (NPC), Islamabad at F-9 Park.
Barrister Zafarullah Khan was the chief guest on the occasion.
Addressing the concluding ceremony, Barrister Zafarullah Khan appreciated Nazria Pakistan Council for holding the five-day Summer Camp which was attended by students of different educational institutions of Islamabad.
He said the Nazria Pakistan Council did a good work by organizing Summer Camp.
Barrister Zafarullah said that students should not waste time and they should give value to time because good utilization of time results in real progress of a person.
Addressing the students, he said that if you have an ability and desire to move forward you will progress, adding that for moving forward and progress in any field, one must have positive thinking.
He said that one must not think this that he belongs to a poor family, his school building is old and without any proper facility as most of the great people of the world had humble background.
Barrister Zafarullah Khan cited Chinese leader Mao Zedong, saying that his father was peasant.
He said that if a person wants to progress, no power in the world can stop him.
He said that one must offer thanks to Almighty Allah on the available things and avoid complaining over non-availability of anything.
The Minister of State urged the students to create in them tendency of doing good work and desire for progress.
While concluding his address, Barrister Zafarullah Khan said that every student can become leader in future if they will give value to time, think positive and having desire for moving forward.
At the end of ceremony, Barrister Zafarullah Khan distributed awards among the students.
It may be noted that students of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th classes attended the five-day Summer Camp organized by Nazria Pakistan Council. Islamabad.
President Nazria Pakistan Council Women Wing, Mrs Farrukh Khan; President Private Schools Network, Dr Babar Afzal; Director Sports WISH (Women Institute of Science and Humanities) Shumiala Irum; and Prof Dr Ayub also spoke on the occasion.
