ISLAMABAD:July 5, 2021 The forensic report of the video of the case of misconduct against the student in the madrassa states that the personal characteristics of the student in the video are similar to that of the student Sabir and the accused Aziz-ur-Rehman.
The audio and video of the misdemeanor were sent for forensic analysis, which reported that the personal identities in the video matched those of student Sabir and accused Aziz-ur-Rehman, but the DNA samples could not be tested due to the age of the incident.
DIG Investigation Sharq Jamal said that according to the report, no editing was found with the video while the student Sabir Shah and the accused Aziz-ur-Rehman are in the video.
Two days ago, in the report of Punjab Forensic Science Agency, the DNA sample of accused Aziz-ur-Rehman was found to be negative, while the report also mentioned three possible reasons why the DNA sample did not match.
It may be recalled that on June 28, Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman, who was arrested in a case of molestation of a student in a madrassa, had pleaded not guilty in court, after which he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman said that the police wanted to force him to take a confessional statement and the management of the madrassa had conspired against him.
Earlier on June 23, Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman’s DNA was taken from Punjab Forensic Agency on a court order.
