Reject twenty-first Amendment to the Constitution; APC Declaration

ISLAMABAD:(DEC 8,2015)Chairman Pakistan Insani Haqooq Party Dr Khalid Aftab Suleri said that will not be compromise on the Constitution. Democracy based on the rule of law is vital to the stability of the country.

However, Military courts is encouraging in current situations. He expressed these views while Declaration at the end of two-day conference on counter-terrorism organized by Pakistan Insani  Haqooq Party.

He Said that Change in the twenty-first Amendment to the Constitution is an important document ,However APC rejects.

Because all political parties had not been consulted registered in Election Commission.

He reiterated the determination that democratic stability, the supremacy of the Constitution and will not compromise on people’s basic rights.
