Islamabad High Court (IHC) permitted the party earlier in the day of recording its protest in Democracy Park but barred from paralyzing the capital.

Activists of PTI from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) clashed with police multiple times as they attempted to enter Punjab through Swabi Interchange to reach Islamabad.

Enthusiasts of PTI from across the country were instructed by the chief of the political organisation to reach the federal capital and participate in the protest.
