LAHORE (APS) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Punjab Thursday arrested former Managing Director (MD) of Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO), Tahir Basharat Cheema, during action conducted in Lahore.

The Bureau says Cheema had abused his powers as MD of the Company. Cheema had also conducted recruitments that were not in line with merit.
According to Director General (DG) NAB Punjab, the former MD will be presented in Accountability Court on Friday.
