Govt making vigorous efforts for welfare of people: Maryam

ISLAMABAD:(APS)FEB 24,2016-PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said the government is making vigorous efforts for the welfare of poor people.

She was talking to Acumen Fund Head Jacqueline Novogratz in Islamabad on Wednesday. Maryam Nawaz Sharif said the government has firm belief that country’s future lies in uplifting people’s standard of living.

Jacqueline Novogratz appreciated Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s services for social sector.

She said Maryam Nawaz Sharif is playing a leading role for provision of health, education, and employment.

 Acumen Fund is working for poverty alleviation in the world.
