ISLAMABAD:Oct 30,2015-Barrister Usman Ibrahim, Minister of State, Capital Administration & Development Division, visited Pak-Turk school situated in H-8, Islamabad.
While talking about the importance of the private educational institutions the Minister said that private educational institutions like Pak-Turk are doing a wonderful job in the field of education. He further said that the private and government sector have same goal as far as education is concerned, therefore they should work as partners. The Minster also said that education should be imparted at affordable rates so that all the sections of the society could benefit.
Earlier the Minister was welcomed by Mr. Fesih Celik, Managing Director Pak-Tuk Educational Foundation and Mr. Turgut Puyan, Director Development and Planning. The Minster was then shown around the class rooms, science labs and fine arts facilities.
Minister of State (CA&DD) appreciated the environment and quality of education that Pak-Turk school offers to its students. He also praised the fact that students from all income brackets can get quality education in Pak-Turk schools which is possible through scholarship awarded to the students from lower income class.
While briefing the Minister about Pak-Turk Foundation Mr.Fesih Celik said that the Foundation is operating in Pakistan since 30 years and has established its schools in all the provinces of the country. We want to enlighten the young minds through education, he further said.
The Minister was accompanied by Additional Secretary Qasier Majeed, Chairman PEIRA Syed Junaid Ikhlaq.
In the end the Minister thanked the management of the school for their hospitability and reiterated that education should be provided at affordable price so that maximum inclusion could be ensured.
