More than 4000 bank accounts freeze those involved in terrorist activities

KARACHI:(APS)October 23, 2016-State Bank said that have been frozen for more than four thousand bank accounts of those involved in terrorist activities in the country.

The State Bank of Pakistan spokesman Abid Qamar said that according to the list provided by the counter-terrorism institutions NACTA there were frozen in bank accounts whose names are contained in the Fourth Schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997.

He said NACTA has been received from the State Bank has four lists of freezing accounts, which have been delivered to commercial banks.
