UN military observer team visits Sialkot Working Boundary: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: (APS) – United Nations Military Observer Team visited Working Boundary in Sialkot region today (Tuesday), APS News reported. The military observer visited Chaarwa, Cheerad and Pokhlian sectors.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), UN military observers examined the loss of life and belongings of the people. The team also inquired about the issue directly from the residents of the area.

So far, 12 civilian citizens have lost their lives due to Indian firing at the Line of Control (LoC) and Working Boundary. India has violated the ceasefire agreement on Working Boundary for 24 times during the month of October and 26 times on the LoC, told the ISPR.
